The inspector was awesome. I am a first time home buyer.
Once the appointment was booked they arranged everything else (contacted the relators, sent me reminders, let me know exactly what I needed to do). During the appointment they took the time to explain what they found to me, provided suggestions and grate documentation for me to review after the fact.
