Even with 10+ yrs working experience in architecture, I still found it extremely educational to shadow the inspector.
Before the inspection I made a list of observations/concerns to discuss - at the end of the inspection I pulled out the list to ask my questions and it had turned out the inspector had already identified and commented on all of the items .. before I even asked!
The inspector was very knowledgeable, thorough, and respectful of the property. I have already recommended the company to 2 other people.
