Our technicial came with a terrific background....a journeyman carperter, lots of experience in renos, roofing, even log home construction. While our home being inspected is only 9 years old the technician still took the time to check all important areas of possible concern.........both outside and inside the home. What I most appreciated were all the helpful little tips she provided, both verbal and printed, that will ensure that we will enjoy our new home for many years to come.
