We had an excellent experience with Accurate Home Inspections! Terra arrived promptly and was friendly, approachable, and stunningly organized. She took the time beforehand to explain the entire inspection process to us, ensuring we understood each step.
Throughout the inspection, Terra was extremely thorough and answered any questions we had. She encouraged participation. We brought our kids along, and our little guy was very keen to "help". She was so patient and included him in every step of the inspection. She even gave him a tape measure (to keep!) so that he could work with her. Our son will remember her kindness and how she made his contribution feel important and valuable.
The inspection report we received was comprehensive and well-organized. It included clear explanations of any issues discovered, along with suggested solutions. Also I just have to mention again how organized and prepared she is lol. We highly recommend Terra's services to anyone in need of a reliable and thorough home inspection!
