The Custom Deck Company

I had received a few quotes from other companies before calling the custom deck co. I was thorouhly impressed with them from start to finish. Dany came by to give a quote within 2 days of calling. On site, he explained quite completely the process and design of the deck. That night he e-mailed me the official quote, complete with drawings. Aside from it being abundantly clear he was a true expert in deck design and building, the quote came in a whopping $2400 less then the next best quote. Between the quote and the start date we had to wait until the city marked our gas/electric/cable lines buried in the yard (which dany had explained). I received a call from dany the day the marking had been completed and we scheduled the start date. The work was completed withing a few days and it looks amazing. Lastly, from the initial quote to the completion I called to talk with dany about 9 times. He answered the phone every time. It is so refreshing to have customer service like this!!! In my opinion easily the best deck company in the city.
