I hired Encore to paint some exterior sections of my home. I choose Encore because they were well reviewed, decently priced and very professional during the quote process. Unfortunately, the quality of the paint job was so incredibly poor that the painters had to repaint one section three times. Their prep of the site was almost nonexistent; they did not bother to scrape or sand appropriately and painted over old chipping paint. In their defence, the company was very responsive to my concerns and sent a manager over three times to check on the work. The day after I signed off on the job, I noticed a strip of ceiling that had not been painted at all. I sent a photo and revived a message that the painters were aware of leaving this area out becuase “their ladders couldn’t reach this spot”!!! Seriously?? Just such a bad experience. I would never recommend.
