Joe (Site Forman) really came through for me. Joe is exactly what you would want in a site Forman he would always give me information I needed and if he couldn’t accurately answer it he would ACTUALLY follow up with me which is rarity in people these days I never had to chase him around for an answer. I think that really put my mind at ease about the whole build knowing that follow up and conversations actually had follow through. Joe always gave me a piece of his time when I had a question and did not make me feel as if there is better things to do with his time, Which there probably was because he is a busy man but I honestly think it’s because he takes a lot of pride in what he does and wants to make sure a homeowner is happy. He is honestly the reason I was happy with the whole building process because when he said that he was going to do something it got DONE. I started off concerned about the build and Joe 100% exceeded my expectations. Don’t know if I would have been happy during the build if I had to deal with customer service just a bunch of voicemails and no return calls.
