The roof was installed in Jan.2016, the installers did a great job! I have been told several times that my warranty paperwork will be coming shortly, but there is a backlog. I have not seen anything as yet, almost 4 months later. I have spoken and left several e-mails for the Master Scheduler / Service Manager with no response. I called and spoke with a Ian on Mar. 24th, 2016 and still no paperwork. The warranty was an important factor in choosing this company and to be given the run-around about the warranty paperwork after paying in full has ruined my impression of this company-London Eco-Roof Mfg.!

We are very pleased with the service and the quality. Our new metal roof looks awesome and we also got compliments from our neighbors.
Jason and his team did a good job. We were especially impressed with the fact the team cleaned up all the construction waste really thoroughly. After we pointed out a few little flaws in the roof installation, Jason fixed them right away. 10 out of 10!

The roof is amazing! This was our second job with this company and both were great. After we got ours, now people in our neighbourhood are starting to get metal roofs as well. The company provided excellent service while installing and they even used the leftover material for my sheds. All it took was for me to ask them. If anyone is in the market for a new roof, I would recommend London Eco-Roof Manufacturing for sure.

We are very happy with the steel roof we have put on from London Eco-Roof it looks great and no leaks. Richard was excellent to deal with and the installation crew very professional. They addressed any concerns we had.

We decided to go with a metal roof because of the extreme weather over the last few years and 25 years shingles definitely only last about 15 years if you're lucky!
Researched various companies and decided to go with London Eco-Roof and we must say, are very pleased and happy.

I am pleased of my roof and this is the best decision I made in life. Strong wind doesn't bother me and no worry of any leaks or shingles flying. I feel the house is warmer in winter and cooler in summer. I recommend this kind of roof to all my friends and community members. One of my friends (Florabel and Arthur Staniford are saving money for a roof like mine. They really like it. Look and comfort are satisfactory.

After having meeting with 5 metal roofing people, I finally selected London Eco Mfg. I paid $ 16250 all inclusive for 3000 sq.ft house with new ECO style and red in colour which I found cost effective in roofing market. They give in writing 55 years warranty for workmanship including labour and material cost. Roof has a warranty for wind speed of 150 kph. They are professional in all respects. I would refer them to every one interested in metal roofing.

We are happy and impressed with the work that Eco-Roof installed at my house, 14 Candlebrook cres. Scarborough, ON.
To start with, we are pleased with the detailed explanation of the work (with product samples , pictures etc.) and the estimate given by the sales person and very satisfied with the attention given by the Manager (London head office) in answering every question of ours over phone since the agreement until the work is complete including issuing the warranty document .
Also, the installation leader and his team were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The work was done promptly on agreed time and on completion of the work no scrap or waste materials were left behind.
Our neighbours and friends are in admiration of our roof. I have already and will continue to recommend Eco-Roof to them.

We put 35 year shingles on 15 years ago and the back of the house was curling while the front was in great shape. We decided that shingles no longer last like they should and would put a metal roof on and be done with it. There were many homes in our area putting on metal by Eco-Roofing so we looked at them and also talked to the home owners. They were all pleased with the work and also looked at other products but decided to go with Eco-Roofing. We had a sales man come and give us a quote and some samples and we were sold on the product. They sub-contracted the job to Pro Line Construction which came with a crew of 5 guys and had our roof on in 2 days. They were a good group of guys and they cleaned up the yard when all was done. We have had many compliments on our roof and also people asking who did the job. We would recommend Eco-Roofing to anyone who is looking for a nice affordable new roof.
