The roof was installed in Jan.2016, the installers did a great job! I have been told several times that my warranty paperwork will be coming shortly, but there is a backlog. I have not seen anything as yet, almost 4 months later. I have spoken and left several e-mails for the Master Scheduler / Service Manager with no response. I called and spoke with a Ian on Mar. 24th, 2016 and still no paperwork. The warranty was an important factor in choosing this company and to be given the run-around about the warranty paperwork after paying in full has ruined my impression of this company-London Eco-Roof Mfg.!
