good design, the roof looking good, just one small section need to be fix and the company did promise to get it done. The price is competitive. just have a major rainstorm and no leak

the company takes too long to install the roof, 15 days (from start to finish) and the crews seem to be inexperience about the product. one portion of the roof look really bad (distorted). the company did send an inspector to my house several times but not much was being done make me feel angry, hanging and stress out, and One day I receive a message on my answer machine asking me to call back this number 226-373-2546 to discuss about the issue, and it happen that I was very busy at this point in time and I don't want to deal with the roof issue that really stress me out, so I did not return the phone call until about 10 days later. I left 3 different messages on the system and 3 weeks has gone by and nobody return my call. I do have pictures of my roof if anybody want to see and let me know if I am picky or they would pay over $14000 one time for a roof look like mine just email me at cdd2001us@yahoo.com
