We needed a new roof and due to the pitch of the roof the cost of a standard roof versus a metal roof was about the same. So, ultimately we went with the metal roof with a 55 year transferable warranty.
The roof looks fabulous and neighbours continuously compliment us on the roof. Crew was professional and did an outstanding job.

Hello, thank you for your review. I should note however that our roofs are more expensive than shingles, this is reflected in the quality of the roof.
