A company is only as good as the person backing it, and Rimas (owner) is the very best one will find in terms of "Quality of Work" and overall professionalism. He is extremely reliable and responded immediately to all my questions. Cost was fair & reasonable.
My overall rating and experience couldn't be better, and clearly echoes what others have said. I highly recommend Vanguard, Rimas, and his team without reservation. He truly deserves a "full thumbs up".
