Michael & Trevor - thank you very much! Michael - you did commendable job from telephone call to actual visit/repair. You simply get us out of desperation. Will never forget your patience in trying to assist me over the phone. You accommodated us first hour in the next morning to at least make the furnace temporarily work and finish the job later. In our short dealings you made me feel that Advanpro can be trusted. Your service charges are very reasonable where others quoted me at least 2 & half times by other providers. I started recommending Advanpro and will use all your services.
