Our furnace went out in the depth of winter, one of those -40 weeks. We called a few places "emergency" line and couldn't get anyone. When we called Advanpro they dispatched a tech within the hour. Most recently we had a reoccurring issue with our furnace motor (which had been replaced in the winter) and called back. The technician, Brad, didn't want to waste our time with a service call until he had a better idea of the issue and so he could have the right parts (one service call). We sent him some pictures of the furnace make/model and a quick video of the issue. He diagnosed and came at a convenient time to both of us. He was in and out in less than 10 minutes with the issue solved. My favorite part is that he involved you in the diagnosis and fix, so you were informed about what was happening. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I'd definitely recommend Advanpro, and specifically Brad!
