Hi Crystal, thanks for the very detailed review! When that cold snap whipped through Alberta, we received lots of calls about frozen pipes in mobile homes so we know exactly what you guys were going through. Nothing makes us feel better than making our customers safe and warm during the winter so we are always on call. One of the many things that put us above our competition is the sheer number of trucks we have on the road. That way you can always count on us to be there when you need us.
