My neighbor and I choose this company for our backyard fence and gates. They finished the job over a few days and we were both satisfied with the results. However the wood on both our gates warped. I called them and it took a bit for them to get back to me. They explained that it was due to the wood we had chosen and that the gate got warpped due to the rainy weather. They fixed it for us even though their warranty does not cover materials so we are very thankful for their great customer service and post sale support.
