I was referred to Brad from Roofrepairs.ca by a very reputable company right here on Homestars. What a fantastic experience with all aspects of this company, Brad is very experienced with all parts of roofing, flashing, flat roof and aluminum. The job was done quickly and the price was great, I have definitely found my roofer for the future. Thanks for all your help Brad, you're a credit to the building industry.

Our house had many years of water damage on our brick front porch. I was unsure how the problem could be solved. As soon as Brad from RoofRepairs.ca analyzed the situation he cheerfully said the problem could be solved and outlined what was required. He explained how the upper balcony needed to be altered and the roof re-done. Brad freely gave advice on how to make our home water tight and improve the curb appeal of the exterior. He co-ordinated the various projects involving the balcony roof, siding, and eavestroughs, so everything ran smoothly and was completed in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost. He has the necessary skills to problem solve, ensure a practical solution and help the homeowner design an attractive result. His office responded quickly to calls and Brad took the time necessary to answer questions and ensure we were happy with the ongoing project. He carefully looked after finishing details and final clean up. We've received many compliments how attractive the house now looks and I am confident that the improvements have increased our home equity.

When you wake up one morning and see shingles littering your back lawn, you get a bit nervous. After calling a couple of roofers, most turned me down, either citing that a repair was too small a job or that they were so backlogged with other work they couldn't possibly come out to investigate the issue. When I telephoned RoofRepairs.ca, Kim, the office assistant, was incredible! She agreed that the shingles were worrisome and told me all about Brad's approach and pricing up-front for any work done on the spot -- she even managed to squeeze me into his tight schedule that day! When Brad arrived, he was up on my roof in no time flat and came down with pictures of both my roof and my neighbour's (the latter was the one shedding the shingles). Brad also went over a lot of the details about the type of shingles on my roof, the state that they were in and the life expectancy they had. (And contrary to the previous roofer who said I had about two years, Brad said it was more like five! What a relief!!) Brad was honest, professional and trustworthy -- he will definitely be my first call for any repairs or work I need done on my roof in the future, and I will be passing his name along to family and friends!! Brad did such an excellent job with fixing a pesky leak in my roof. I'd hired another company to fix it previously, but they did not do a good job at all and the leak persisted. Brad's work was very professional looking, and the leak is finally gone! He also fixed an area on the roof that was allowing a squirrel to get in. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even took before and after pictures so I could see how everything had been done.

I would definitely recommend RoofRepairs.ca to anyone who needs their roof fixed properly and professionally.

That major storm in July revealed a leak in one of our vents. The
drywall on the ceiling around the vent was wet. I called a handful
of roofing companies but they did not even have
the decency to return my call. I read great reviews on Homestars about ROOFREPAIRS.CA so I decided to give them
a call. I was not disappointed. They returned my call and explained
everything to me. We made an appointment for August 8 at 4:30.
As I was walking up the street I saw the truck around 5:00 and there was Brad and James working on my roof. I was so happy and had a good feeling about the call I made to them. Brad took before and after photos of the problem areas and explained everything to my wife and I. He also gave us helpful tips about how to paint over the water stain in bathroom where the vent leaked. Brad is also a very
honest and easy going guy to speak to. I would also like to put in a good word for his assistant/secretary Kim. She was so nice and helpful too. I would highly recommend Brad and his company for any roof problems. I made the right decision!!

Brad really came through for us in replacing our roof. Very fast, clean, organized and they did an excellent job. Our new roof looks awesome and I would highly recommend their services.

Brad really knows his roofs! Brad came the same day that I called and spent nearly an hour inspecting not only the leak but our entire roof. He fixed the leak and took pictures of other potential problems that may come up in the future but did not need immediate attention. He explained everything very thoroughly and we appreciated his honesty. Will definitely call Brad again if the need arises and will be recommending him to our friends and family.

I HIRED A CONTRACTOR TO REPAIR A CHIMNEY, WHILE THEY WERE REPAIRING THE CHIMNEY THEY INFORMED ME THAT THE ROOF NEEDED TO BE REPAIR FIRST AND THEY RECOMMAND TO CALL ROOFREPAIR.SO BRAD CAME VERY QUICKLY AND PRICED THE JOB OUT AND I WAS IMPRESSED THAT HE WAS ABLE TO DO THE JOB RIGHT AWAY, AFTER THE CHIMNEY WAS FINISHED BRAD CAME THE NEXT DAY TO FINISH THE SEALING AROUND THE CHIMNEY TO THE ROOF. BRAD WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMP. I WISH I NEW ABOUT ROOF REPAIRS WHEN I NEEDED MY ROOF DONE ON MY OLD HOUSE.

I booked appointments with numerous roofing companies but none showed. I was frustrated and tired of leaving messages to follow up.
