Paul was great and is a true professional, he has a lot of experience and it shows. We had a tight timeline and Paul was able to start and finish on time. Our home is old with a lot of difficult framing to lay drywall on, this was not a problem for Paul. If you're looking for a great finish at a great price I would highly recommend Paul at Drywall Dr.

We had Matt at Fuller Construction build our deck for us and we could not be happier. He's a true professional and has extensive knowledge of current codes and the BEST building practices. The waterproofing detail he did when attaching the ledger was just the beginning, the structure of the deck was incredible and then the finish carpentry details just topped it all off. He's built a deck that will last a lifetime, I can only imagine someone being lucky enough to have Matt build there entire house, he's a man of his word and takes a great amount of pride in his work. Thank you so much Matt our deck will truly be the envy of the entire neighborhood.

I'm always looking for a new hvac installer and I believe I've found them. Recently my 25 year old furnace failed, Fred was quick to respond and repair the starter. I believe I will be using Cozy World for future repairs and a new system if needed.

An absolutely amazing experience working with Vitaliy and the crew at VCS, he is a true craftsmen and takes a lot of pride in his work. The attention to detail was very impressive and his crew was fantastic, you will not find a better company to work with as Vitaliy is on site every day to ensure that the work is up to his standards, with the larger companies you can talk to someone during the estimate and have different people on the job. I've used Drainworks numerous times and for one reason only, they're the BEST. So one morning during the work I slept in (Paul starts right on time, 8am, all the time) by 920 I went to check on things, Paul had gone to pick up lumber. The old structure Paul had uncovered was under sized and without question new lumber was installed giving us a strong and safe floor. This is the kind of work you get with Paul, ABOVE AND BEYOND!

I've been lucky to have been using Drainworks for the last year and with every project the work is flawless. This time again my regular plumber Chris from Drainworks was fantastic working over a completely open floor to replace a sub par flange. I was wondring if Chris could work while balancing on just the joists, but without hesitation he took command of the jobsite. We had Dominion Roofing do our eaves about 7 years ago and at first thought it was a decent job, not too long after the problems started, wrong pitch, none of the downspout is screwed in. The job was sub contracted out and I guess that what you get, though we paid top dollar for this work. In the end I will be replacing all of this.

Once again Chris L. from Drainworks did an excellent job, the ideas and quality craftsmanship I get from him are outstanding. If you want real professionals from the office to the trades go with Drainworks. Get them in for the estimate and sign the contract, they'll take it from there and you'll have peace of mind.

With their great reputation I had to go with Insta, and I'm glad I did. The eco tite closed cell foam is perfect for flat roofs which all popular in Toronto and hard to insulate. Insta's prices are great and they stand behind their work, after the first spray a small spot was missed they returned promptly to touch up. For your peace of mind choose Insta.

We went with Solutions because of their work on the Holmes show and are very happy we did. Joe and Corey worked very hard replacing every bit of wire in the house and bringing us up to code. They were able to avoid damaging some old plaster work I wanted to save and in the end caused minimal damage. We went with new 200 amp service and were impressed when Frank, the owner and Master of his trade, came out personally to install the new service. This is a great company to work with and I feel safe knowing such honourable and knowledgable people have done this work. Thanks again Tony, Joe, Corey and Frank.

I have used Northwood for some duct work in the past, at the same time major problems in my gas line were pointed out to me. After having Gary come up with a great way to run my new gas lines the guys came out to do do the job, sure enough half way into the job the power went out. Not one complaint or step missed, these guys are real professionals even arranging for a generator to finish the last bit of work. In the end we have a clean manifold with shutoffs for all our appliances. Thanks again Gary, Santos and all the great people at Northwood.
