We've used Mclellan Contracting to replace all our street facing windows, all the siding on our gables, and a new front door. The quality of the work has met all our expectations.

During the window install the wrong color white frame was installed and Kate was quick to assess and have it replaced with the correct color.

During the front door install there was an issue with the quality of the caulking job and some scratches on the frame -- again Kate was quick to assess and had it all re-done to ensure our expectations were met.

The difference between a good company and a great one is a willingness to stand behind the quality of their work, their level of customer services, and their friendliness when working through problems that inevitably arise during all construction projects.

A huge thanks to Kate specifically who have assisted us during all the jobs, as well as Harsh who coordinated, and Miguel, Lev, and Carl who did the installs.

The only thing I will say on the 'negative' side is the wait times for jobs to be done is long, however I do understand it's usually a supplier issue getting product, not Mclellan Contracting themselves.

These guys were the best. From the estimate to completion-professional in all aspects. Very happy with the work performed.

We have them remove three load baring walls and install three large steel beams. Had foreman and PM assigned to our job the whole time. Great job. The owner and PM came to our house a few times even before the work started. Will use them again for sure.

The McLellan team was professional from start to finish and went above and beyond to help with this job. I'd be trying to get someone to come and do this work for 2 years, but everyone was "too busy" to do the actual work. This business came to quote within a week and performed the repairs within 6 weeks of quote and the repairs were completed in one day. They did work even better than was discussed, including extras and also walked me through the changes and details. I had 3 tipout roofs made waterproof, the 5th wheel roof itself repaired and resealed in areas, and areas around the trailer resealed and caulked and fixed. I would highly recommend this business.

We had our basement finished by John and his team. We also had a foundation leak repaired by John's team. Every single member of John's team is professional, courteous, diligent, has a strong work ethic and takes great pride in their work. We had a bathroom design that was a little more challenging than most. Jessey and Mark made it their goal to give us the bathroom that we had designed. They worked tirelessly to ensure that the product they delivered was exactly as we had visualized. Additionally, John himself was extremely responsive in addressing all of our concerns. Thanks go out to the John McLellan Contracting Team and Sales Rep. Malcolm who gave a very detailed explanation on what needed to be done. The Crew arrived early on Nov. 11th,2020 and were finished around 2:30 pm as per the neighbor as I had to leave for a dentist appt.
The ground/roofing areas were clean I was impressed.

I purchased the the fan and timer switch. Installed by McLellan employee and electrician. Clean and professional job that was completed very efficiently.
