Thanks go out to the John McLellan Contracting Team and Sales Rep. Malcolm who gave a very detailed explanation on what needed to be done. The Crew arrived early on Nov. 11th,2020 and were finished around 2:30 pm as per the neighbor as I had to leave for a dentist appt.
The ground/roofing areas were clean I was impressed.
The Roof looks great and would recommend John McLellan Contracting Team for any roofing need.

I purchased the the fan and timer switch. Installed by McLellan employee and electrician. Clean and professional job that was completed very efficiently.
Electrician added a GFCI bathroom plug as well. Thanks for looking after our best interests.

Blake and Daniel did an excellent job on siding my house in old Whitby. Thrilled with the results. I just want to acknowledge the great job done by the entire team on our recent Wndows and Doors renovation. Beginning with Malcolm (sales), Kate (installation manager), Amanda (project coordinator), and Jess, John, and Mark (installers), everyone was very skilled and professional in their roles. Right from the start we could tell the job was going be done correctly. I have already sent an internal memo to the company explaining in detail my thoughts and thanks for a job well done.

John’s team removed a structural wall and a partial wall in my home this past spring. It was tricky because I was keeping the maple floors. They also had to rebuild a partial wall with proper exhaust and install 2 very large steel beams.

The structural piece was led by Deron. He was precise and confident and I really felt confident with his approach. He did not skip a corner and built 4 supporting walls, was professional and communicated his approach. It was a big job. Dean is the project manager and he is excellent. Proactive and responsive and professional. Months after they had left I had an issue with exhaust work unrelated and called him. He came by that day and found someone to help me.

I would hire them again in a blink. I’ve had a lot of experience with contractors and I really feel that McLellan contractors are honest and really passionate about the work and customer service. Thanks guys! Excellent work.

We had 6 windows and patio door replaced, they did a great installing and clean up. We are very pleased with the end result and it was a great price also. The two guys that came to do the job, John and Carl were great to deal with. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for renovations. It has been our fourth time using them.

Used company for extensive roof replacement and general contracting for side of house walkway, and basement windows 5 years ago. Today, remain highly satisfied with the workmanship and quality. Extensive spalling of the brick of my 40 year old house chimney had extended to the point where the chimney required removal to the roof-line and then rebuilt. On positive recommendations from family and friends I contacted John McLellan Contracting Inc. to provide a quote to complete this work. John, together with his masonry specialist, Alain, arrived as scheduled to undertook a thorough inspection and to consider options. Shortly after reviewing their assessment and recommendations with me, I received and accepted their fully itemized and priced contract. Alain and Leroy arrived to commence work first thing on the agreed start date. These gentlemen are productive. They work with the grace and ease of dance partners - without saying much each knows just what and when the other needs something. They are craftsmen and practitioners of a work ethic sadly lacking today. They are neat, precise and take pride in their work. They maintain an orderly work site and are vigilant in and guard against property damage. In short they are professional in their work and attitude...all that and being respectful and amicable too makes these fellows as good to work with as I've come across. It was a pleasure to become acquainted with them as it was with John and his company. The whole experience, including that of the company's office staff, was a positive one.
