This is the second time Ive used Modern PurAir to have our furnace serviced and air ducts cleaned.
Grant was our technician and he was fantastic.
He arrived on time and called 25 mins before to let me know. When he arrived he removed his shoes, was polite and friendly. He took the time to explain the services and took before and after photos. This company goes over and beyond and has the most amazing customer service! Thank you Matt & Grant !

The company was here at Hazelmere Townhouses for Dryer lint removal so I hired them to clean all my vents and add an Air Purifier to my furnace. Both men were very friendly and seemed to be very efficient and knew their product. Dave? (Furnace expert) found a fuse blew while he was checking the furnace and put a new one in on the spot. I would recommend these men to anyone needing such a service.

Got good referral from my brother, who used Modern Purair. Easily booked the service online, it had a glitch but easily contacted them through text and it was corrected very fast. Got confirmation email and phone call before Dakota arrived. He called and advised he could come earlier as well which was great! Dakota was super professional and thorough job. Explained everything step and made recommendations that were needed. He did not try to upsell anything unnecessary.
He showed me all the dust and gunk collected and recovered a ball my kids threw in the vent from years ago. Will definitely use them again!

The house ducts hadn't been cleaned in 20 years, it needed doing. Tech was quick and efficient!
