We've been thinking about a 2nd bathroom since we bought our 2 bed 1 bath years ago, and now here we are. Bart was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Bart was essential to the success of our home renovation project. We hired Bart as our architect to help us with converting our 3-apartment semi-detached building located in Toronto into a home for our family on the above-ground floors, while retaining the existing basement apartment. Bart handled the permitting process with the City and made sure everything went smoothly. During the construction phase, Bart visited the site on several occasions to see that work was proceeding according to plan and to advise on critical design decisions along the way.
