The work is always carried out promptly and to the highest quality. From sales to installation the experience is painless and everyone I deal with is always professional and polite.

The initial conversations with their sales representative was very good, and he seemed helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, a couple of details were overlooked when we were going over the plans, (incorrect wall depths for a couple of windows and bathroom window should have been vinyl casing). Mr Kiely, the representative refused to change these details once the order was made. The order was ready for shipment after about 5 weeks, and I was made to pay the remaining balance before it was released. Upon arrival, there were screens missing, window parts missing, and a door that wasn't painted. When I called about the door, Mr Kiely said I hadn't asked for it or paid for it (which was proved to be untrue). 3 months later - a new door arrived, and was painted, but terribly. This was replaced, after having to chase Mr Kiely and his team for another 5-6 weeks. All in all, it took over 5 months, and lots of headache to get what I ordered. I would never do business with Pollard again

The stairs and railings provided by City Stairs were installed and look very nice. Any concerns I had were addressed and I am happy with the final products (basement stairs, exterior railings and interior railings).

Adam did an excellent job, and was always courteous, always on time and always professional throughout the entire project. I would highly recommend him and will certainly use his services again.
