and furnace doesn't work and tankless leaking but i called them they said you have to pay and i have wrriting 10 years laber warranty but they say you have to pay so i will take them to court

We have investigated this complain on September 17, 2010 and no records of this customer has been found. The Navien Tankless Water Heater in the attached picture is a CR model and based on our records we have never installed a Navien CR model. The CR models have been discontinued due to many technical reasons and we have never carried these models.
Our service records also indicate no evidence of this customer, therefore this is an invalid review and is perhaps posted by a competitor to mislead potential clients.
