Magic

We love our new windows! From start to finish it was a smooth process. Derek, our salesperson, was professional and knowledgeable about Magic Window's products. He was very helpful in deciding what window and shade would work best. The windows came in the time-frame that we were told. During installation, the workers were very efficient and professional. The men did an excellent job installing them and cleaning up afterwards. My windows were spotless. We are glad we chose Magic windows because of my favourite trait about them are the retractable/hidden screens. No more fighting to take off the screens to clean our windows, which always resulted in bending the frame. Now when the windows are closed we have a perfect view outside with no obstructions from the screen. In addition, the retractable sunshade is perfect to shield out the bright afternoon sun keeping my house cooler. We are very happy with the service team since after installation I realized I would like an adjustment to my sunshades, just a personal preference nothing to do with their workmanship, and they are sending someone to my house this week.
