My wife and I recently purchased a house in Guelph . A beautiful mid-century charmer that needed just a little freshening up. We decided to give Magic Windows a call. The company's rep came out on a Saturday, which was great as we both work and that was the only time available for us. Tom was a delight. He is very patient, helpful and really knows his product line. We ended up getting 11 windows and a window wall. The installers did an overall good job and left a clean site when they left. The fact the screens disappear into the frames so easily makes them a joy to use and beautiful to look at. Update. The job is finally completed. There were a few challenges near the end of the project but the team that came out to do the repairs was very helpful. They explained what they had done clearly. We are very satisfied and plan to use their services again. Peeter & Victoria
