We have been thrilled with our new windows from Magic Window. We had new windows installed 4 years ago, and we have been so happy with the purchase, installation, look and function of the windows. The installation value and noise reduction have been exceptional. The windows are very easy to clean because they open fully and we can reach both inside and outside panes from inside the house. The retractable insect screens have performed really well. One unique thing we did in our house was to install a window, sized for our air conditioner -- so each summer we take out the window and reinstall it in the fall. This process is easily done. We have a textured window in our bathroom (which is fully functional) and the design is beautiful. The service and installation truly have been excellent. We are now getting solar screens for the front windows. My spouse is recovering from a severe concussion and has extreme light sensitivity. When we tested the screens at the showroom, we were delighted that the full panel of glass would be covered and that we would still be able to see outside.
