I had a back window replaced through Magic. Although there was a delay on installation, the product is beautiful. I love how bright it is! I did call to have a technician come out as I thought the screen was loose on the bottom slider. The technician was on time and friendly. He tightened the screen mechanism and scraped a bit of glue remnant I hadnt even noticed. Professional, helpful and reliable service. The service call was free of charge. I am happy with my new window.
