Drain Scope

Had a leaking tub faucet in my condo, and needed it repaired. Had called another company, to fix it, and when they showed up... he had no tools to tackle this problem?? So I had looked again for another plumbing outfit, and came across this company, in the goldbook. I called and set up an appointment for friday morning. The plumber arrived on time, and concluded that the faucet needed a cartridge replacement. He had given me a quote, from his priceguide and i agreed. Although i found it a little expensive, to replace a delta monitor cartridge. I called a few companies after the fact, and a few were more expensive, and some refused to give a quote. So I am satisfied, with the cost. The plumber also advised me to replace the handle, as the current one was seized, and could not be re-used. He told me where to purchase the handle, and how to install it... without needing another service call to save me money!. I am happy, I have found an honest plumber, who didnt pressure me, and gave me the alternative, to purchase and install something so easy.
