Railings were built well, but installed like it was amateur hour.

The railings were done very well. High quality work and service until the installation. The guys started painting the welded areas and rub marks, but did NOT put down anything to cover my brand new stone stairs. They flicked black paint all over the stairs.
I had to ask them if they had ever done an installation before - it was unbelievable. Thank goodness I was there at the time. I had to get a bucket of water and soap and started scrubbing the stairs before the paint went into the porous stones.
I said I was not going to pay until the stairs dried and I was satisfied there was no paint left on the stairs. Mariya got on the phone and become unbelievably dishonest. Homestars won't let me use the terrible "L" word. She said her guys didn't get any paint on the stairs. Meanwhile, both installers admitted they had got paint all over the place. When I asked them to tell her what they had done, she yelled at them not to answer. All of a sudden, they can't speak English. She also said it's not an industry standard to cover stairs when they are painting. She said if I didn't pay them, they would take away the railings that were already installed.... On what planet is it ok to flick and speckle a customer's stairs with BLACK paint? Even her installers were embarrassed by Mariya's behaviour and agreed it was not the way to talk to any customer.... Beware.
The railings are great. Installations guys and Mariya get a 0 and she cost the company this rating.

There are 3 sides to the story, customer's, installer's and office. Unfortunately after homestars investigation we have not found enough evidence to come to a mutual understanding of what actually happened that day.

At the end, from what i know, you are happy with your final product.

I am sorry for a bad customer service experience. We have gone through a lengthy conversation with all people involved.

Hopefuly you will hire us again so that we can start over our relationship as busines-consumer and you will see that our great reputation is real.
