The same day, he came to measure the area and later that day emailed me the linear footage needed.
After that, I looked their site and asked him to quote prices for 4 or 5 different styles that we liked and he responded very quickly and thoroughly. No evasion or hidden caveats.
I was able to pay the deposit via paypal.
They came to install as agreed and the job is simply superb.
