I engaged Robert's services after receiving several quotes. Although he was not the cheapest, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable when it came to the job. He offered additional services based on our specific needs, rather than just offering up a standard quote. For instance, our loft area was hot in the summer and he suggested that we add a ridge vent - something that the competitive bidders had no idea about. The ridge vent has shaved off at least two degrees and the room is much more enjoyable now. He also went the extra mile with the waterproof sheeting bringing it all the way down from the skylights to the trough (beyond code), something the other bidders did not offer. Lastly, he sourced and secured our skylights, professionally installed them and made the selection of colour and style a breeze. His crew arrived when scheduled and completed the job on time.
