We are very happy with the new windows. Alex and his team did a great job. It was freezing cold last week, the installers came on time and completed the job in 5 hours. They are true professional. The windows are beautiful and the rooms are much warmer than before. Alex is knowledgeable and response to our questions immediately.
We highly recommend Galaxy windows and will hire them again in the future.

Wanted to replace all windows and doors for the house. We went with Dimitri as he was trustworthy and had the best windows. Entire job took 2 days and everything was done right.
Unfortunately, we found a small crack in 1 of the windows after installation. I let Dimitri and Alex know and they took care the rest with the manufacturer. Replacement window was installed 2 days ago. Great to know Galaxy took care of issues once they arose.

We appreciated the thorough explanations and recommendations Dmitri gave us when initially quoting us for our window replacements. Now our kitchen windows look and feel bigger and brighter.
Windows were delayed by a few weeks from initial estimate but the actual installation service was pretty painless - the crew came on time,asked clarifying questions as needed (instead of just assuming wrong) and finished off by cleaning.

We would 100 percent recommend Galaxy Windows. All of our windows were replaced with great quality windows as well as our sliding door. They were professional, on-time, knowledgeable about the products, the workmen-ship was top quality installation and their staff from start to finish were amazing. When I contacted Galaxy Windows in May I was very new to the window buying process. I had 3 companies quote. The first two companies were really aggressive and made me feel inept. When Dmitiri arrived I could tell instantly he was different. He was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely patient. He had several great ideas and didn't hesitate to share his thoughts. His quote came in the middle of the other two. I felt it was fair.
Installation timing (end of September) was exactly as Dimitri had stated. Alex and team came and installed windows first, then was back the following week for the doors. The detail of every installation was outstanding. My kitchen backsplash was not easy, and Alex somehow managed to install without a scratch. The finishing touches of the caulking and nail hole fixes was fantastic.
I strongly recommend Galaxy Windows for all your needs. You get what you pay for - and you won't be disappointed with the service or quality of the product.

We just had all of our windows and a patio door replaced in our home using Galaxy Windows. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Dimitri is very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information on the type of windows, warranty and the installation process. He is also very quick to get back to you with any questions or concerns during the whole process. Alex and his partner Igor, were great installers. They did such great work and showed that they really cared about their workmanship. My only regret is that we didn't replace the windows sooner! They are so beautiful. From beginning to end, we had a great experience with Alex and the Galaxy Windows team. We replaced 5 of our windows, including a large living room window, which the two installers replaced all in one day. They were professional, neat and clean, which is always a bonus.
