We received several quotes for new windows, however we chose GWD due to their passion about windows. When speaking with Dmitri, you could tell he really stood behind his product. Our windows were ready for installation quickly after being ordered, and were installed very professionally. They look beautiful!

From the time Dimitri came to measure and provide an estimate to completion of job, the whole experience was fantastic. GWL knows their job well. The windows were installed by Michael and his crew. I had Dmitri from Galaxy Windows recommended to me by a fellow at work. We had an idea what the windows would cost from those guys who knock on the door once in awhile but we didn't really like how they did the work in the 'hood.
Dmitri showed us pictures and provided a couple of addresses for us to see their work. We couldn't be happier with the windows we got installed. The workers paid attention to details and were professional. Oh, and the price was unbeatable.

We hired Galaxy to replace our double front door and two side doors. The new doors are absolutely gorgeous, and don't even require any painting afterwards as there is no wood exposed. Vlad, the installer did a great job and even cleaned everything after and took away the old stuff too. Thank you so much guys!

I couldn't be more satisfied with Galaxy Windows, Dmitri, Alex and the whole team. I got a punctual visit for the first estimate from Dmitri. A very competitive quote which led me to do all the windows in the house vs. only the top half I was planning on. The team came in and did a quick, clean, thorough job.

Dmitri came by later to review with me, we walked through the house and saw some areas for improvements, he asked me to hold back $1000 till they came back the next weekend to finish up and they did.

We recently had all the windows on the main floor of our house replaced by Galaxy. And we have nothing but good things to say about the experience -- the rep from Galaxy first of all was very thorough in explaining to us all the options, the advantages of certain windows over others, etc. They were very professional from the start, with the scheduling and all of that, and then most importantly the quality of the window installation itself is just flawless... the windows are beautiful and the way they've been installed looks just perfect. They would definitely be the first company we'd recommend to family and friends, no question.

We had a huge 9 piece living room window that needed replacement. It is facing south-east and it used to get sizzling hot every summer afternoon. Of all estimates we had Galaxy rep. was the only guy who took time to explain how our comfort would depend on the glass options available. He actually explained everything in numbers and we felt confident enough to trust the company.
The difference the new window made is just unbelievable. Not only our living room became "livable" in summer, but it became a lot quieter too. Thanks Galaxy Windows!

Great work, best looking windows on my street now. Dmitri was helpful in figuring out what I needed. Price was also decent. Their installers worked very quick and effectively although didn't speak much English. The only gripe I had was that one of the window sills interfered with the shingles and looked really poor. This wasn't a fault of the installers but had I known before or during the install that it would look like that, I would have paid extra to fix the original problem. Thankfully, Dmitri and his business partner agreed to fix the problem to make it perfect, at no extra cost. They didn't wait weeks either to fix it.

So everything I read about came true. Dmitri, Alex, etc, all good. I had 3 large fixed windows 40 inch wide that need to be replaced with casements, and since max 36 inch is allowed, they had to use 2 inch brick mould in each side, job turned out great. Previous window guy suggested I chop the three adjacent windows into three pieces each - he uses window city windows - and WC windows cant go too wide (not greatest qual vinyl for that size) - but the Hometech windows Dmitri recommended were higher quality with lifetime warranty, and I could not be more pleased with finished product. The patios doors were installed and trimmed and caulked to perfection, almost artwork. I have since called them back to replace a whack more windows (should have done that in first place) so Im waiting on second round of windows now.
