We chose Galaxy for our window replacement because of the level of service and professionalism from Alex and team. They had a great selection that met our needs, advised us on all the choices thru every step of the way. Very clean and on time.
We even had an issue where a water based caulking used hadn't dried and fell thru the window ledge. I emailed a pic to Alex, who emailed me back, called, and dropped by that same day. The next day he had one of his guys replaced with an oil based caulking. Amazing!
Would 100% use them again if we moved and highly recommend to friends and family.
