Terry Butler and his team were terrific and I join my voice to the chorus of praise! Timely response to initial contact; job completed within two days as promised; immaculate clean-up; garden left undamaged! Terry even saved me money by pointing out what I didn't need, but also including things that would help me maintain my roof and my home. In all, a terrific experience -- it's a pity that the roof will last 30 years so I won't be needing his services again!

Terry came and quoted in good time. Came in with the right price, we felt most comfortable with Terry and awarded them the job. Came, done and gone. No hassles, no complaints. It’s all good. I’d call them again.

We needed our gargage and porch stripped and reshingled. I contacted Terry to get a quote, he arrived at my door the following day. I told him what we needed and what our expectations were regarding clean up and he gave us a price. He told us when he would be able to do the job which worked out well. Terry and his guys arrived on time. We had to go out for a couple of hour andw hen we arrived home they were aready 3/4 from completing the job. They were cleaning up as they went along.

Terry and his crew were very professional and meticulous before, during and after the job was finished. They left our yard cleaner than it was when they started!
And you gotta respect a "boss" who isn't afraid to get his hands dirty when his crew needs a bit of help during the "final push" of the day.

We spent two weeks calling roofers without a single callback. We left a message for Terry on Friday afternoon and our roof was fixed by early Saturday. Fast, efficient and friendly service. What a concept!

After receiving several quotes we decided to go with Toronto Roofing and Contracting. Their quote was on par with others but their approach to the job was much different. They explained what needed to be done. Very direct but professional in their explanation. The crew was outstanding from start to finish. The made sure the surrounding areas were well protected from any falling materials, the clean up was even more impression. But mostly the new roof looks fantastic and the whole process was painless!
