Our reno began Nov 2nd 2009. We signed a contract with Domenic only a week or so before we wanted work to begin. We had him over to the house a month prior to provide an estimate. We had 5 contractors come through the home. It almost didn't matter what price he came in at (he wasn't the highest or lowest quote), when he walked through the house with us, he had a plesant manner, anything was possible, and he paid attention to details, added into our designers plans, etc. In our gut we new we could trust him.
As we were not living in the house, things started off slow, but everyday changes happened and small steps were made. By mid-Dec we new our house had become his priority job. In a two week time, drywall, plaster, rough-in, electric, new hardwood floor, was complete. The job is still in progress with the trim/finisher putting in the moldings, baseboards, wainscotting. The painter is preping the home for top to bottom paint job, and the tiling for the bathrooms has begun. Next week the kitchen gets installed and it is all little details from here.

Everything has been done to perfection. This is the third home we've reno'd, we know what we want and we know when it has been done properly, Domenic's team has done everything to perfection.
Finally, change orders is something you deal a lot with in reno/construction. The "changes" we have been billed are for actual upgrades, not for mistakes or unforseen issues.
3 months later, our initial preception of Domenic is still true. He is a great person to do business with!
