Zaid Moving

We were moving from an apartment in Midtown Toronto to a Townhouse in Mississauga.

After checking out the great reviews out here in homestars for Zaid, I emailed him asking for a quote. He responded very quickly and assured me that his fee was very straightforward (per hour) and there were no hidden fees.

I had heard a lot of horror stories from my friends about how after moving, they were slapped extra fee- for LCD TV, staircase etc. With Zaid, he was very upfront about the fee (and what I paid finally was the same fee as quoted).

On the moving day, they landed 5 minutes before the schedule time (and had even checked with the concierge about the service elevator). Even though the charges are per hour (and the slower they move, the more they would get paid), they went about moving in a brisk pace, without even taking a single break!

They handled all our furnitures with a lot of care, and they were very professional and respectful. They even offered to dis-assemble our window air-conditioner unit, without us even have to request them for it.

Overall- I would rate their services 10/10 and am glad that I went by the reviews out here. While I am not sure if other movers charge lesser (I seriously doubt it), I consider them as truly value for money. They made our move less crazier than what it could have been.
