Duct Cleaning review in

Had them come in and they scratched a brand new hardwood floor at my front door despite me telling them i was concerned about that . Many 1 inch holes were left in my duct work ,i had to cover them with silver tape, 5 Weeks later my filters are just as filthy if not worse.
POOR WORKMANSHIP!!!!!!!!
