We moved to FXBG in May '09. We rented from Top Choice while working on a more permanent location. Ended up buying a foreclosure rather than building with Top Choice, but actually got insight from them regarding the value and options on that house. Very responsive landlord and helpful contractor, even when it ended up that we didn't build a home with them. We've lived in 5 states over the past 30 years and do not recall a builder with such commitment to honesty and customer service.

Top Choice Homes tore out our fifteen year old, rotting wood porch and replaced it with a new, composite porch that will better handle the wet conditions on that side of our house. They worked with us to pick the best materials, worked with our tight schedule to get the job done in a convenient and on-time fashion. Their estimate was fair and accurate. When we had concerns about the design and options for the porch, they were very responsive: sending out their foreman to hear our concerns and keep a close eye on the progress to make sure the end result was exactly what we wanted. I have recommended them and will continue to do so for people looking for new construction (I've been in several of their new homes and think they're great) as well as remodeling and renovations.
