I am glad to have found Joseph to fix my laptop. My HP DV7 laptop started giving me problems where my screen goes totally white after sometime. I had taken it to another store where they changed my LCD screen, but this only helped for a few days and the problem started again.
I went to Fujitech and Joseph took a look and informed me that the motherboard needed repair. What convinced me was, he guarantees the repair or will give a full refund.
It has been 2 months now and I have not had any problems so far. I think he did a right diagnosis and solved my problem. Good job done.
