We had problems with backed up drain and needed an inspection asap. Close friend gave us Umbrella’s number highly recommending them. Their technician came on a short notice and after the camera inspection of the main sewer line it was evident that roots penetrated and damaged the system. We wanted Umbrella to fix the problem. We had a good feeling about them from the get-go - from the first conversation with their office on the phone – and onward. Proposed repair costs were fair; and their receptionist accommodated my husband’s and my busy schedules wonderfully. The job consisted of repairs and installation, requiring excavation and replacement of damaged clay pipes and damaged cleanout section, and provision of new double clean outs. They outlined the steps of the job in detail leaving no room for questions. Before work was done our property was protected with tarps and upon completion of exceptionally well done job everything was cleaned and very tidy. The results were so neat it was hard to tell that something was dug up on our property- very professional! My husband & I are very pleased with this contractor and are looking into having them waterproof a section of our basement too. Thanks guys for flawless workmanship and flawless attitude. Becca
