I was extremely selective when I was looking to hire a contractor for a waterproofing job since I had dealt with a different “reputable” plumbing company in the past which did not deliver good results. This time I needed to make sure that I find the right company for the job. Umbrella Waterproofing was the one (amongst 17 other companies I have contacted)! Their technician left me with a very positive first impression, seemed and turned out to be extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable. Preliminary site visits were performed before the work had started as I requested. Somebody was always available to answer my questions. They made me feel confident in them and their skills.
