M&R Roofing

This is the second time we've used M&R.
Very efficient. Speedy, too. Good clean-up.
They are a constant presence in my road, doing work for our neighbours.
Do you really need 30 words for "My Story"? Surely this says everything I want to say.

M&R roofing removed our old roof and installed a new one. They were courteous to us and to our neighbours during the replacement and did an excellent job at cleaning up at the end of each day. We were also impressed with the detail of the quote that they provided for us. They were the only company who went up a ladder to inspect the old shingles and inside our attic to assess what needed to be done when creating the quotation. We would highly recommend this company.

The M&R crew was leaps and bounds ahead of any other roofing company in Toronto when it came to communication. They were always quick to respond to email and return my calls in a clear and informative manner. The quote they provided wasn't just an email with a final number but an 8 page PDF document with photos of our roof - it was clear they had taken the time to do their research. The roof looks excellent and they sent us lots of photos afterwards with our invoice to show how it looked during the work. Thanks, team!

I checked initially for quotes and the price offered was quite good. The work was scheduled to start on what was perhaps the hottest day in the summer and I was surprised that the guys went ahead given the oppressive heat. They worked a full and were very careful taking off the old shingles so as not to damage by foundation planting at the front of the house and my veggie patch close to the back of the house. The guys worked consistently for the 2 days and did a nice job. The roof looks great! Would definitely recommend this company.

Overall, I had a good experience during the flat roof repair job done to my (and neighbour's) roof. All field crew were knowledgeable and friendly. Particularly, Piedro was a superb professional and very accommodating. All take pride in the job they are doing. Kudos to all!!!

Very prompt and professional detailed quote. Everyone showed-up on schedule and did what they were supposed to do. Job was to replace a leaking relatively new roof installed by "jack of all trades." On-site workers also very professional. Top-notch service.

Very professional company from the estimate process to the completion of the work. The estimate included photos of the roof and a thorough overview of the work that needed to be done. Communication was reliable throughout. They were also flexible with when they could complete the work which was appreciated. Would recommend them to others.

We got five estimates from various roofers before going ahead with M&R. They were the only ones that spent the time actually on our roof to give us a detailed quote. Our roof has a very steep slope and had previously been redone very poorly (three layers of shingles layered o top of each other). The crew showed up right on time each morning (took about three and a half days given the amount of work and the sweltering August heat). The crew was incredibly professional, very thorough and polite. We had all of the old cedar and asphalt shingles removed and replaced and new eaves trough put in. Very satisfied with the work. Would highly recommend them.

The process from beginning to end was very professional and informative. In addition, the guys went the extra mile to install on time and on budget, even though I made I an error with regard to the size of the product and the space we had to work with.

M&R Roofing from day one were amazing. The team we're able to accommodate our tight schedule and finish our roof quickly. We added a new dormer to our home and refinished our existing roof. The team at M&R explained all the options, took photos of the existing conditions, and provided the most professional quote I've ever seen. I would highly recommend them.
