Zack is a very friendly and competent young plumber...he had good rapport with me ..he listens well and explained everything well including offers with your company....when the initial snaking did not relieve the blockage he knew right away where it was,....the lowest twist cap under the sink..and there was the plug of grease...he continued snaking as he had started and a bit more came out...he is a very good ambassador for your company...and will do well as a plumber I am sure...he enjoys his work and is confident of his knowledge... his applied knowledge...thanks for his help and Cyndy's too.......edna

Water Softener / New Water Heater Tank Installation

We live in Richmond Hill and over the years have used numerous times the services from Harris Plumbing. Recently, we installed a top of the line water softener and are very pleased with the water quality now in our home. We also got out of the water tank rental agreement and decided to buy the water tank rather than deal with our previous rental company.
In the past we used Harris Plumbing to upgrade our water shut off valve , fix our bathroom drain and replace the leaky faucet in the kitchen. It is so important to have a quality plumbing company that is there to service our homes needs. I would not hesitate to recommend Harris Plumbing to my family, neighbours and friends.

Scott was very helpful. He arrived about 30-40 minutes after my call to the office. He explained what happened & fixed it right away. He also checked the rest of laundry room for any other possible problems & advises of 1 area to be changed. We were very happy with the service.
