On October 29 I had a stair case runner installed . I have to say the service was very good as it relates to the install- very professional and top notch job! Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and the price with the exception of the time line. I was told it would take 3-4 weeks and it ended up being 6 weeks without any follow up calls to alert me to the delay. I had to follow up with the business. I would still recommend Maple Carpet Care Ltd to my friends and family.

The in-home consultation was a bit painful, only because we weren't sure exactly what we were looking for, but Haneef, with his wealth of knowledge helped us come to a decision. We hired Haneef and his team to re-carpet our basement in our new home. The basement is benched and very large, it was a huge job. Haneef had previously replaced the carpet on our stairs in our old home and had done a fantastic job and this was no different. The work was done on time (1 day!), on budget, and looks wonderful. Highly recommended!

Haneef came on the weekend to discuss options, measure and give us a quote. He brought with him many different types of carpets, patterns and banding while helping us select one that goes really nicely with the hardwood. Given that our flights of stairs are different widths, he also suggested the best approach for making things look even.For installation, they arrived right on time and it took about two and a half hours to complete - and at the end Haneef was manning the vacuum cleaner to tidy up! First the work contract agreement took us less amount of time due to Sahid's client focus , flexibility and Yes we can Do attitude. The product and workmanship are very satisfactory.
