Aardvark came and bailed us out the day before the Ottawa heat wave struck last year. Despite being overtasked and overwhelmed by customer demand, they managed to fit us in and install an excellent machine in one day.
The staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and tolerant of our silly questions and concerns.
They followed up with an inspection this year, and we couldn't be happier with our air conditioning(and the Aardvark service).
Very professional and trustworthy.
