Perfecto Painting & Renovation

We have had a few traumatic experiences with contracors over the last four years, and this job sat waiting for completion while we licked our wounds and regrouped. We were so relieved to find someone who knew his business; that person is Rene Vazquez. He started when he said he would, and returned every day until the job was done - on schedule. There was a large, deep skylight which needed extensive plaster repair,and some drywall retaping/plastering, not to mention several drywall screw pop-ups to correct, before the actual painting could be started. Rene's repairs were beautifully executed. The painting involved three levels, including a cathedral ceiling. Rene cleaned up at the end of each day, and removed all debris at the end of the job. There were no surprises when it came time to pay. What a refreshing experience! We are more than thrilled with both the man and his work, and will call him back for future painting jobs.
