Perfecto Painting & Renovation

We have used Rene for touch-ups around our home for many years now. He is a professional. He bills fairly, provides accurate estimates of timing and price, and produces excellent work. We will be using him again soon.

Rene and team has done a great job fixing our water damaged popcorn ceiling.
I have asked many contractors and they can't fixed it, they only suggest to remove it which is very costly.

This is our second project with perfecto painting & Renovation. We are extremely satisfied with their perfection level at work. Last project we did 2 full washroom renovation. Replacing baseboards in second floor. drywall in some areas and painting full floor. This project we did kitchen demolition. potlights in kitchen ceilling . Removing drywall in kitchen. Installing backsplash & new floor tiles which was very challenging as the floor is not leveled & Rene has to demolish 3 levels of floor which was there from previous owners. Rene was very patient and professional through the whole process. He always explain the next step for us. Discuss the available options for the situation. Our house is old so there was a lot of chalenges and surpries through the way. He installed for us vanity as well. Replacing all baseboards & painting the whole main floor including popcorn ceiling.

Rene always covers all the furniture & keep the area clean while working, then clean again everyday before he leaves.

We lived in the house through the renovation period. He always try to accommodate us with best options so we can manage easily. We highly recommend perfecto painting for anyone who is looking for profesional & affordable renovation.

Rene did an amazing job when he repaired my ceiling. I had water damage and six holes in a plastered ceiling in a home built in 1931. This was not going to be an easy repair. I contacted Rene and he replied the same day. He visited my house to see the work required and gave me an accurate estimate. He started the work, which required several visits, due to drying drywall and paint and he was there everyday and on time. He did his best to reproduce the original look of the ceiling even creating his own tool to achieve this. He also filled other cracks before painting. He did an exceptional job of covering the existing walls in plastic at the beginning and took great care with the cleanup. He is very pleasant and positive and it was a pleasure to work with him. I would definitely recommend him.
