Glen was very personable and on time. He determined the problem quickly and repaired it quickly, as well. As a result my bill was reasonable, unlike a previous experience with Milani where I was charged four times as much. I will definitely use Glen again. I will be recommending him to others.

Very friendly, knowledgeable. he was ok with his arrival time. he was working on other projects as well. on time and on budget with regards to his estimate. very tidy, cleaned up after himself daily. never took a break until the job was done. he cared about our deadline. he does also offer seniors discounts. easy to deal with, he returned calls in a timely manner. he offers 24 hour service as well.
